A true story: Unexpected Savings!

We have a fleet customer that has been coming here for service for years and is very good about doing recommended maintenance. They brought in a vehicle that was a 2005 with 61,000 miles. It had a transmission flush at 30,000-miles and again at 60,000-miles, for only $300 total for both services. The vehicle was towed in to our shop for a transmission slipping concern. I knew it had the protection plan that BG had spoken to us about recently; but we had yet to use it. I called in with an estimate of $1990 for a transmission overhaul. Guess what... the whole amount was covered! No money was spent by our customer, just because they had the vehicle serviced every 30,000-miles. BG really stands behind their product!
