Nine years ago, I bought only my second brand-new vehicle. It had a twin-turbo engine in it, and from the first oil change, I used nothing but BG oil in it. I never had any problems with it until about 150,000 miles. I was disappointed when it started to have issues until I talked to a very knowledgeable mechanic. He told me that he had never seen a twin-turbo engine with that many miles on it. Normally the turbos would have a problem at 70,000–75,000 miles. I really believe that BG gave me twice the mileage before a major repair was needed.
